With over a decade of experience in healthcare operations, Damion offers deep expertise in 340B program oversight, pharmacy operations, compliance, analytics, and team leadership. He has served as Director of Pharmacy in both hospital and oncology settings, leading multidisciplinary teams and advancing strategic initiatives to improve clinical and financial outcomes.

Throughout his career, Damion has overseen comprehensive 340B programs, managed contract pharmacy networks, and driven revenue optimization efforts. He has been instrumental in preparing organizations for HRSA audits, building internal compliance monitoring systems, and leveraging data-driven solutions to support operational decision-making across pharmacy services.

Damion holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) from LECOM, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University, and bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Biology from Mercyhurst University. He is also a board-certified Advanced Diabetes Manager (BC-ADM), an Apexus Certified 340B Expert (ACE), and a recognized voice in the ever-evolving 340B landscape.
