Our commitment allows us to feel good about the work we do, and our team environment enables us to have fun doing it. We recently pioneered the first ever virtual happy hour during the National 340B Coalition’s Summer Conference. It was superhero themed and we all wore costumes. We want you to know this because it helps you understand who we are. We are not auditing robots who will simply go through the motions and deliver a report. We will strive to get to know you and to help you know us in return. Together, we will build something spectacular.
Jennifer Lockwood, MBA, ACHE
Chief Executive Officer
With approximately 20 years’ experience in business operations and finance, Jennifer exemplifies Ravin Consultant's commitment to helping their clients achieve high performance. She is a proven leader, with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding client teams and a disciplined focus on operations and execution. Jennifer's previous C-suite level experience with 340B Programs, accounting/finances, and business strategy have significantly improved several of our clients' bottom lines. Jennifer graduated from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania with her bachelor’s in accounting and business development. She received her 5th year accounting degree from the University of South Florida, and a Master of Business Administration from Everglades University of Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys sand volleyball, traveling and spending time with her two children – Wyatt & Wesley.
Lindsay Myers, MBA, MPH
Chief Operating Officer
Lindsay uses her nearly 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to help Ravin's clients maximize program savings, streamline operations, improve cash flow, and strategically position themselves in a dynamic industry. Lindsay has held finance and operations leadership roles with various hospital systems, hospices, multispecialty medical practices, and home health agencies. She served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a statewide nonprofit, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for a large health system, and Director of Operations for a multi-state community health provider. She has also worked for a national consulting firm. Lindsay earned her B.S. in Financial Management with a minor in economics from Florida Southern college. She has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and earned a second masters degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of West Florida. She is a six sigma green belt, and holds an Advanced 340B Operations Certificate from Apexus. Lindsay is a mom of three young children and a Siberian Husky. When she did have free time, she enjoyed history and literature, gardening, and cooking.
Robert Ferraro PharmD, AAHIVP, MBA
Chief Pharmacy Officer
Robert has over 15 years of pharmacy experience, including 6 years as a specialty pharmacy and 340B program executive. Robert’s role includes overseeing clinical pharmacy programs and pharmacy business initiatives. He is passionate about data analytics and leveraging information to grow client revenues while maintaining clinical excellency. Robert earned his Pharm.D at The University of Rhode Island and his MBA at The University of Tennessee. He also is an accredited Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare Operations as well as a certified 340B ACE. Robert has had the pleasure of speaking at the 340B Coalition Winter Conference as well as The Advisory Board round table. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and coaching youth soccer.
William Madden, MBA
Bill brings 20+ years of Financial and Accounting experience in the private and public industry specializing in organizing and developing solutions to ensure financial success for Ravin and its clients.. He is responsible for directing the business areas of Ravin Consultants as well as assisting in the operational side of the 340B program with our valued partners. Bills previous experience includes consolidation/analyst work as a Finance Manager for a large local public company as well as a Senior Consolidation Accountant for a 2-billion-dollar industrial company. He has worked in multiple financial platforms and has been a project manager for software implementation updates. Bill holds an Accounting degree from University of South Florida and MBA. He currently is a long-term resident of the Southwest Florida area and avid sports fan of the local teams and is active in the community assistance programs.
Lauren Navas, MBA
Chief Marketing Officer
Lauren comes to Ravin with 25+ years of marketing experience and provides strategic marketing guidance for the company and its clients. Lauren was classically trained at Colgate-Palmolive and has applied her brand management knowledge over the years across B2B and B2C organizations of various sized across a broad range of industries. Lauren holds an MBA from Wharton and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She also earned a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Penn, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Lauren resides in sunny Florida, where she enjoys her family, navigating boats and playing tennis.
Marketing and Events Manager
With 10+ years of experience, DeAnna brings a wealth of passion and creativity to the marketing team. She enjoys focusing her talents on enhancing our company culture by strengthening relationships and building an effective, fun and inclusive workplace. DeAnna’s previous experience in the medical field includes spearheading the development of multiple departments including Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations across non-profits, Pharmacies, and Laboratories. DeAnna graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelors in Psychology and is a certified Life Coach. She lives in Lakeland with her family and enjoys crafting and event planning.
Wayne Theriot, MBA
Wayne brings over 30 years’ experience as professional accountant to Ravin. He has worked for several large Fortune 500 companies such as GM in Michigan, AutoNation and Direct Energy in Florida. His past experience also includes a stint as a medical technologist. Wayne graduated with a BS from University of Louisiana at Lafayette and obtained his MBA from Centenary College in in Shreveport, LA. When he is not working, he enjoys power walking and boating with his partner in Tampa.
Josh Drew, CPA
Chief Compliance Officer
Josh comes to Ravin with 10+ years of corporate finance and accounting experience. Josh began his career as a Big 4 auditor where he refined his attention to detail and critical thinking skills. After public accounting, Josh moved into the corporate finance world, focusing on Financial Planning and Analysis for small and large organizations. Most recently Josh was the CFO for a Fire Systems manufacturer. Josh holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from the College of Saint Rose in Albany New York. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, wife Kelly and two sons Jaxon and Bennett. They enjoy being outside at the beach, parks, or in the pool.
Ginny Schuchard BA, CPhT, 340B ACE
340B Specialist Consultant
Ginny has over 15 years of pharmacy experience, including 6 years as a leader in coaching, training, and driving professional development, among talented personnel. Over the past 8 years, Ginny has provided 340B program oversight across large health systems and has assisted clients with compliance and optimization opportunities. In her role as an account lead, Ginny is passionate about leveraging her 340B program knowledge and experience to help clients implement, audit, and optimize to maximize program profitability and program integrity. Ginny earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Humboldt State University, in the Northern California Redwoods. Ginny is a certified pharmacy technician as well as a certified 340B ACE. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing at Zumba classes and spending time with her family, especially at the lake.
Bringing in nearly 15 years of pharmacy experience, Jessica served as a Certified Pharmacy Technician for over 10 years with a focus in facilitating and training, specializing in Specialty Pharmacy and 340B Compliance. Jessica spent several years working with Walgreens before shifting her focus and work to assist her community at a local HIV non-profit. Jessica is detailed focus and has a passion for analytics and compliance. She enjoys partnering with clients to find creative and unique ways to not only optimize their programs and better assist the community but to educate and train new and existing employees for further success. Outside of work and school, Jessica loves being outside, boating or on the beach with her family. She also enjoys playing a variety of sports with her local sports and social league MVP.

Kirsty Gutierrez, MHA
Director of Grantee Solutions
Kirsty comes to Ravin with over 11 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, including Ryan White services, HIV and STD Prevention and care, and Community Health Center programs. Kirsty is passionate about strategically implementing new programs and Health Centers, and strives to make quality healthcare more accessible and affordable to underserved communities. Kirsty spent many years serving the community through the Ryan White Planning Committees and Florida Comprehensive Planning Network, helping to ensure the quality and equity of Ryan White services in Florida and contributing to the integration of HIV Prevention and HIV Care across the State. Kirsty holds a Psychology degree from the University of South Florida, and obtained her Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida. Kirsty lives in Tampa, and enjoys traveling with her family, reading and spending time at the beach.
