With approximately 20 years of pharmacy experience and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree earned in 2009, Jaclyn Hahn brings deep clinical knowledge and strategic insight to the complex world of 340B program management.

A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Jaclyn spent 15 years in Santa Barbara, California, where she led transformative initiatives in both hospital and outpatient pharmacy settings.

Jaclyn’s most notable accomplishments include managing the 340B program for a 500+ bed Disproportionate Share Hospital, overseeing multiple child sites and a vast network of more than 70 contract pharmacies. Under her leadership, the hospital implemented numerous high-impact, revenue-generating initiatives ranging from meds-to-beds and infusion center programs to specialized services in cardiology and women’s health.

Her ability to align clinical services with 340B optimization strategies has consistently resulted in improved patient outcomes and increased financial sustainability.

Since earning her 340B ACE (Apexus Certified Expert) designation, Jaclyn has continued to advise a wide array of healthcare facilities, leveraging her operational experience and regulatory expertise to strengthen compliance, drive program performance, and unlock strategic growth opportunities.
