Director of Quality & Development

Kirsty comes to Ravin with over 11 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, including Ryan White services, HIV and STD Prevention and care, and Community Health Center programs. Kirsty is passionate about strategically implementing new programs and Health Centers and strives to make quality healthcare more accessible and affordable to underserved communities.

Kirsty spent many years serving the community through the Ryan White Planning Committees and Florida Comprehensive Planning Network, helping to ensure the quality and equity of Ryan White services in Florida and contributing to the integration of HIV Prevention and HIV Care across the State.

Kirsty holds a Psychology degree from the University of South Florida and obtained her Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida. Kirsty lives in Tampa, and enjoys traveling with her family, reading and spending time at the beach.
