340B Compliance Specialist

Bill brings 20+ years of Financial and Monika brings over 40 years of experience in various areas of healthcare, including operations, pharmacy, procurement, and auditing and compliance in the retail, clinic, and hospital settings. Following an 11-year tenure as a purchasing and 340B coordinator in a hospital setting, she transitioned to roles in an HIV/RW clinic and later as a consultant. Her journey led to her current Corporate Compliance Analytics 340B Supervisor position in a prominent Florida health system.

Originally from Germany, Monika immigrated to the United States in 1989. She initially worked as a pharmacy technician in Massachusetts before settling in Florida. She holds a BS in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration. Monika is also accredited as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and holds 340B ACE certification.

In her free time, Monika enjoys gardening fruits and vegetables and has recently taught herself how to can the fruits of her labor.
